A surprise visit to Pembroke Dialysis to greet Mr. Marlin Locklear. We wished Marlin a Happy Birthday and spoke to Marlin about his service to the community and surprised him with an appointment as an Honorary Robeson County Deputy Sheriff. He was presented with a plaque, an official Sheriff’s Ball-cap, a signed Bible from the Badges & Bibles Program and other items to begin his service. He was excited to have a Sergeant take him out on his first patrol in the Pembroke area this morning. Thanks to all that made this possible. The smile on his face said it all.
